How to use our products

In the  traditional Japanese recipes, miso is used to flavor soups. The most common is precisely the one based on this ingredient.
Professional chefs have found great uses for miso; it can be a partial substitute for salt, it is a healthy alternative to MSG (monosodium glutamate) and it is an excellent ingredient with which to tenderize meat and above all add intensity of flavor to ready meals, sauces, condiments, marinades, soups, brines and fries and can also be used in baking bread.
